Audio Control Keys Volume button controls handset, headset, speaker and ring volume. Mute, Speaker, and Headset keys are illuminated when functions are active. Headset key lights blue when phone is paired with a Bluetooth headset and headset is in use. Headset key lights green when Bluetooth headset is out of range (or when phone is used with standard headset).

Note: You can connect supported headsets to the 565g IP Phone via the headset jack at the left corner of the phone chassis. Alternatively, you can use this phone with certain Bluetooth-based headset models. Contact your system administrator for details.
