Preparation 1. Whisk: KNORR Coconut Powder and water together. Cook: Oil and KNORR Green Thai Curry Paste in a wok, until paste looks split. Stir: Coconut milk into paste.

2. Add: Potato, tofu and lime leaves, to wok. Cook: Tofu, until warmed through.

3. Season: Curry with fish sauce and palm sugar.

4. Add: Pak Choi; simmer until wilted. Serve with coriander.
