Making it 1. Rinse chicken, remove innards and pat dry with paper towels 2. Place garlic cloves inside chicken 3. Place chicken in 6-7 quart Crockpot 4. Sprinkle Chipotle seasoning over whole chicken 5. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours, until done 6. Use meat thermometer in thick portion of the breast to verify that chicken is done (thermometer should read 165 degrees)
