Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken Ingredients • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, fresh or thoroughly thawed • 1 12 oz. bottle Sweet & Sour Sauce • 1 can pineapple chunks • 1 medium white onion, chopped • 2 peppers, chopped







Making it 1. Pour the pineapple juice into the crockpot and add chicken. Set drained pineapple chunks aside. 2. Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours 3. After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, remove the chicken discarding the juices 4. Cut the chicken into chunks and return to the crockpot. 5. Mix together sweet & sour sauce, drained pineapple chunks, chopped onions & chopped peppers, stir well. 6. Pour mixture over chicken and mix thoroughly 7. Cook on HIGH for 30 more until vegetables are cooked to desired texture 8. Serve with rice or noodles.
