(Region Coach Administrator, 15 years top level travel coach and trainer)

(include Child Name, Age, Contact Phone #, and preferred T-Shirt Size – adult or youth + size)
Cost: $50 for the week and includes t-shirt, certificate, and competitive awards. What to Bring: Payment (Cash or Check 1st Day of Camp), shin guards, ball, soccer shoes (tennis shoes acceptable – no sandals)
