10:05 AM The Cassia County Board of Commissioners met this day in special session in the Commission Chambers of the Cassia County Courthouse for the purpose of conducting Executive Sessions. 1) Call to order 2) 10:05 AM Roll call Roll Call. Present: Paul Christensen - Member, Tim Darrington - Member, Bob Kunau - Chair, Doug Abenroth - County Attorney (Not voting), Joseph W. Larsen - Clerk of the Board (Not voting), Geoffrey Wardle - Counsel from Spink Butler (Not voting), and Hethe Clark - Counsel from Spink Butler by remote audio (Not voting) 3) 10:06 AM Executive Session (Communicate with legal counsel regarding pending/imminently-likely litigation) pursuant Idaho Code § 74-206 (1) (f) Motion: for the purpose of communicating with legal counsel regarding pending/imminent-likely litigation, Action: Enter Executive Session under Idaho Code § 74-206 (1) (f), Moved by Paul Christensen - Member, Seconded by Tim Darrington - Member. 10:06 AM Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Yes = 3). Yes: Paul Christensen - Member, Tim Darrington - Member, Bob Kunau - Chair. 1:50 PM Upon exit of the Executive Session, the board took the matter under advisement. 1:51 PM Motion: To consider personnel matters, Action: Enter Executive Session under Idaho Code § 74-206 (1) (b), Moved by Paul Christensen - Member, Seconded by Tim Darrington - Member.
