Knorr Coating Mix 6x870G (Maldives & Sri Lanka) Spicy Mayo

HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise

Paprika Powder 2 pinches Ground Black Pepper Powder Mix all the ingredients together

Preparation 1.

Mix Knorr Lime seasoning powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder & salt

Marinate the prawns and leave in the chiller for 20mins

3. Remove the prawns form the chiller, add green chilies, chili flakes fennel seeds, onion seeds, ajwani seeds, fresh coriander & mix spices well 4.

Mix flour & egg separately to coat the prawns

5. Dip the prawns in the egg & flour mix, coat the prawns in the Knorr Coating mix as it should be covered well 6.

Heat the oil to 175c or 350f in a deep fat fryer or deep pan

7.

When the oil is hot, fry the prawns for 4 to 5mins, until crispy golden colour

8.

Serve with suitable accompaniments & spicy Hellmann’s Real mayonnaise
