Recipe Detail Information
1. Decant the mayonnaise, tikka sauce and chilli puree in to a suitable mixing bowl, add the prawns, garlic, chilli and mango, mix well. 2. Mix together the lettuce, spring onions and coriander. 3.Warm the tortillas in the pre heated oven. Lay them on a chopping board spread with the prawn and mango mix, top with the lettuce, fold, roll and cut with a sharp knife. 4. Serve on a plate garnished with a side salad. Handy Hint. Filling can be varied with the use of cooked salmon and other seafood or white meat like chicken. Healthy Hint. Serve with a red onion and coriander salad.
