Warmup Players in Grey are without a ball and move freely in the space avoiding being tagged by the Blue players who are dribbling a soccer ball. If tagged a Grey player must perform an action or task to get back into the game. Restrict the Grey players movements to only back pedaling, bonding, moving diagonally, jumping on one leg. Each round should be no longer than 45 seconds.

Technical Exercise Players dribble fomr cone to cone for set amount of time. Assign each team to use a different part of their foot to dribble around the cones with (Inside, Outside, Soles). How many cones can you get around in the set amount of time. Can you beat your amount with less time or using a different part of your foot? Coaching Points "Pushing" the ball with the pinky toe or laces Can you look beyond your own soccer ball, Who's around me and Where am I going next?

Small-Sided Game Team in possession trys to score by dribbling into the defending teams end zone. Once a goal is scored two new players enter the game. Team that scored maintains possession and enters the game. First team to get all their soccer balls into the other teams end zone wins.

Expanded Game Players compete in a 3v3 2 goal game. Players score by dribbling through one of the two opponents goals. Players can also get bonus points is they can successfully dribble forward into 1 or 2.

Game Two teams compete in a 4v4 2 goal game. Players attempt tp score by dribbling through the opponents two goals (3 points) or by tapping the ball into the goal (1 point). Bonus points can be awared by the coach for any player demonstrating good dribbling technique or making smart soccer decisions.
