Technical Gate (15 mins) 2 touch passing through the gate. 1 point everytime you go through the gate successfully. - talk through technique (standing foot, middle of the ball, inside of the foot) - make goals smaller to make it difficult/wider to make it easier - increase distance of players from gate
Technical 3 Gates (15 mins) Pass through the 3 gates, move around the middle set after pass an then shuffle back. - vary movment around the cones - move around different cones - add give and go/combination play in the middle. - focus on technique
Passing Square (15 mins) Passing Square. - Pass around square. 2 touch - Pass and follow - look for quick movmenet and focus on technique. - Progress to pass, give and go, play out. Find space. - Add differnet combinations - Not allowed to pass immediate left and right - Add passive defender to play around
