This unit is about carrying out specified rule-based transactions to support recruitment processes. Scope This unit/task covers the following: Transactions: completing recruitment requisition documentation posting requisitions screening resumes/applications scheduling interviews coordinating logistics for interviews creating offer letters coordinating pre-employment checks providing pre-onboarding information to candidates completing employee identification documentation Stakeholders: recruiters hirers candidates service suppliers Media: telephone e-mail fax chat post face-to-face Appropriate people: line manager hiring manager recruiters subject matter experts Performance Criteria (PC) w.r.t. the Scope To be competent, you must be able to: PC1. establish the nature and extent of administrative support you are required to provide to recruitment processes PC2. carry out transactions, as required by recruiters, in line with your 6
