In school, on time, every day….. If your child is absent from school due to illness, please notify the office before 9.30am. Permission for any pre-planned leave must be sought before the absence. Holidays during term time are generally authorised in exceptional circumstances only. Application forms are available in the entrance hall. UNAUTHORISED ABSENCE MAY RESULT IN A FINE OF £120.

News ‘n’ things……….. Do you have a driving Handwriting Awards Weather report ambition? (with the ‘i’ this time!) Friday was Fair….and raised 6R Layi Ladoja Well we can help! Just give your details to the office and we can put you on our list of volunteer drivers for the minibuses. We need driver to help occasionally transporting our children to and from swimming, football, trips etc and would really appreciate your help.
£655 for the PTA / Time 4 U.

Thank you to all who supported by making, baking, sewing, stuffing, preparing, clearing, sweeping and generally helping out. Thanks also to everyone who came along and bought raffle tickets, played on games, had a drink and bought the goods!

Monday? Well it looked like ‘’The most influential of all educational factors is the conversation in a child’s home”. William Temple So this is why we will be letting you know each week if your child has won an award so that you can chat to them about it when they get home. We will still be having a school assembly at the later time of 10.10am on a Friday but we realise this is not
‘Ode to Mrs Gilmore’
‘reindeer’ (I know but it was too Mrs Gilmore will be no more, Mrs Gilmore’s moving on. good to resist!) There was also a sprinkling of She will return for four days snow!

The children were visited by Father Christmas with one of his real life Reindeer and were able to visit him in his grotto for a chat.
after that she will be gone! We have had good fun and laughter, Lot’s of singing, teaching too! We will miss you Mrs Gilmore and wish you luck in all you do!
a convenient time for parents and so we do not expect you to have to attend. This is to accommodate a change in the curriculum timetable which will work better for the children. School website:

Come along and make a Christmas wreath with Willow supplied by our allotment team. £2.00 contribution, all material provided.
Foundation Nativity 10am and 2pm
Wednesday 16th Christmas Dinner Friday 18th
Class parties. Children are invited to wear party clothes.
SCHOOL CLOSES AT 1.30PM AND RE-OPENS ON WEDNESDAY JANUARY 6TH AT 8.45AM
