Sun System Releases Hard Core DE Ballast The first magnetic Hard Core ballast tuned specifically for double-ended 1000 watt HPS lamps. Following extensive testing over the last 2 years, the Hardcore DE ballast has proved to be flawless, stable, and exhibits incredible DE HPS lamp performance. The Hard Core DE 1000 watt ballast is specifically designed for use with 1000 watt double-ended High Pressure Sodium lamps only. Do not use with any other lamp type or wattage.

The Sun System’s dual universal ballast core and windings have been greatly modified, lamp cord receptacle, 120 & 240 volt input (ballast is a the construction and layout of the wiring coming true quad volt 120/208/240/277). Includes a 120 volt, off the coils is far different than a standard ballast. 8 foot power cord.
