Third grade math performance increased by 7.19%. Fifth grade math performance increased by 6.26%. Five (3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th,8th grades) of the six grade levels tested saw an increase from last year. Fifth and eighth grades saw increases in student performance in ELL, IEP and FRL categories. Many schools are performing higher than overall state averages. Summer academies funded through school improvement grant funds supports continued implementation.
