ALUMINUM WATER BOTTLE SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS Part # XP8210 / XP8211

INSTRUCTIONS BY PRESS TYPE Tape transfer on bottle with heat tape and cover entire surface with plain paper.

Mug Press

(with constant temperature)

If your mug press does not have an interchangeable heating blanket for water bottles, it may be necessary to add 1 or 2 green silicone rubber pads around the bottle before placing into press. If your mug press closes tightly around the bottle, this is not necessary. Clamp into press with medium pressure and heat at 375 – 385 degrees for approximately 2 ½ - 3 ½ mins.

Mug Press

(with variable temperature)

If your mug press does not have an interchangeable heating blanket for water bottles, it may be necessary to add 1 or 2 green silicone rubber pads around the bottle before placing into press. If your mug press closes tightly around the bottle, this is not necessary. Set the idle temperature at 220 degrees, the maximum temperature at 380 degrees and the countdown timer for approximately 75 seconds. Clamp into press with medium pressure and start the timer.

Bottle Wrap

(in convection oven)

Secure wrap just until snug. If you’re using the bolt style wrap, over-tightening is not necessary and may stretch out the wrap. The tool-less quick release wrap should be adjusted with the 4 screws to avoid over-tightening as well. The silicone rubber wrap, without the buckle, is secured by wrapping it around the bottle and securing it with a piece of heat tape. For each of these wraps, use the following instructions; Place into middle of convection oven at 375º – 385º for approximately 5 1/2 minutes. If it’s necessary to cool bottle quickly, it can be placed in room temperature water.
