This is a post I created for the Yolo County Animal Services Shelter’s Facebook page to help promote their service. I used National Roof Over Your Head Day as the theme because it fits with their goal of having animals a nice home to live in. I used a picture of these dogs outside to invoke pathos and encourage the reader to come to the shelter and adopt a pet. I made the text brown to match the picture and changed the font to be more readable and more inviting.

December 3 rd is National Roof Over Your Head Day, so let’s all come over to the Yolo County Animal Services Shelter and give a pet a roof over their head! Having a roof over the head of the animals in our shelter would be one of the best Christmas presents they could ask for! Our animals would love to meet their new home and their new family.
