An Early Childhood Child Oriented Occupational Program Our mission: As a trusted extension of the family, the Little Aztecs Learning Center provides the Tolleson Union High School District community with a safe and nurturing environment replete with rich, energetic experiences and a developmentally appropriate curriculum designed to stimulate the intellectual, emotional, physical, and social needs of our children, as well as offering lab experience and internship opportunities for our Early Childhood Education high school students.
Little Aztecs Learning Center
Follows TUHSD calendar and licensed by Arizona Department of Health Services. Open Monday – Friday from 6:45 a.m. ‐ 4:45 p.m. Offers lab experience and intern opportunities for our Early Childhood Education high school students. Accepting children ages 3‐5; must be potty trained. Breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks provided daily. Highly trained staff who create excellent age appropriate and stimulating learning environments.
Our Staff
All Little Aztec Learning Center teachers meet Arizona Bureau of Child Care Licensing standards. Receive training in child care, child development, and pedagogy before ever entering a classroom. Receive training on Arizona Early Childhood Education Standards.
Receive on‐going, extensive training to enhance their ability to connect with each child and help every child learn and grow.
