NASHVILLE & DAVIDSON COUNTY VOTERS CAN VOTE ON TRANSIT ON MAY 1 OR DURING EARLY VOTING! The Let's Move Nashville Transit Plan is on the ballot on May 1. The plan includes funding for: • expanded bus service: more routes, longer hours, more frequent service
• sidewalks, safer intersections and neighborhood traffic calming
• cross-town bus routes with 19 transit centers
• expanded AccessRide for seniors and the disabled
• nine high-capacity transit lines – light rail or rapid bus
• free or reduced fares for seniors, students 18 and under and low-income residents
• a tunnel to move buses and trains reliably through busy downtown Nashville
