Step 1 — Ear Pads
Grasp the ear pad from the inside edge and pull until it comes free from the speaker.
Take new ear pad, stretch, and place bottom edge over groove on edge of speaker and release.

Using thumb or pointer finger from the inside of the speaker pad, push the lip of the pad into the groove on the speaker.
