- UPPER SCHOOL ADMISSIONS APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Application Fee: $65.00 After completing and submitting the admissions application form along with the $65.00 application fee, the enclosed additional forms must be completed and returned to the Upper School Admissions Office. A.

Five forms should be sent to the student’s present school. The school principal or guidance counselor and the teachers should return completed forms directly to the Upper School Admissions Office. (This may be facilitated if applicants provide stamped, addressed envelopes.) 1. 2. 3. 4.

Admissions testing is required. Please contact the Admissions Office for an appointment.

All applicants and their parents are required to visit the Upper School campus for a tour and interview. If you have not already done so, please contact the Admissions Office to arrange for an appointment to visit the campus.
