A more effective and efficient public transport system that provides for the needs of persons with disabilities. 4. Stable and reliable electricity. 5. An efficient, timely and credible justice system. 6. Ready access to public housing facilities for low-income earners. 7. Access to public information in an appropriate and accessible format 8. Patronage and consumption of made-in-Ghana products. 9. Increased employment opportunities for the youth. 10. A clean environment to promote good health, productivity and longevity.
