VISTA, WELCOME TO CAMP KANATA! We hope you are excited about the adventure that awaits your child!
CHECK-IN TIPS • Before 2 p.m., visit the Day Camp Shelter to meet staff and visit the Camp Kanata gear store. • At 2 p.m. the gates will open and a Camp Kanata staff member will help you find a parking spot. • Leave your camper’s luggage in the car and head directly to the Dining Hall. • In the Dining Hall you can: - Get your child’s cabin assignment and t-shirt. - Pay any outstanding balances and turn in camper forms. - Meet the Camp Director, Shane Brown. • All over-the-counter and prescription medication must be turned in to the camp nurse in the Dining Hall. All over-the counter medications must be noted on your physician signed health form or be accompanied by a note from a physician. All prescription medication must be in the original container. • Once you have checked in at the Dining Hall, you may take your camper and their luggage to his/ her cabin. If you need assistance carrying luggage or finding your cabin please ask a Camp Kanata staff trainee (grey shirts). • We have already assigned beds to ensure a smooth check-in process. • Please remember that the safe driving speed at Camp should not exceed 10 m.p.h.

YOU ARE INVITED On Saturday, we invite you to join us for Chapel located at the Waterfront. Please arrive by 9 a.m. Chapel starts at 9:15 a.m. Immediately following Chapel you may pick up your child by meeting him/ her at their cabin.
