Fall Registration & Practice Schedule Dear 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Athletes & Parents, If you are interested in playing a fall sport at Washington Middle School, you will need to have the following: 1. A physical examination (a physical is good for 395 days) 2. A completed parent permission form online (computers will be available at registration) 3. $40.00 non-refundable user fee. 4. No student will be allowed to practice without a physical, a completed online registration form, and the $40.00 user fee. Forms and fees should be turned in at the following times in the Gymnasium.

6th Grade soccer players will be required to purchase a soccer t-shirt for $10. This shirt will be their game jersey. Soccer socks (which are optional) will be available for $5 at registration. You must wear navy blue socks during the game.
Football - Cross Country - 6th Grade Volleyball: If you fail to register on August 10th, please bring your physical and fee to the next available practice. You must register online. FINAL REGISTRATION DATE IS Friday, August 21 (unless arrangements with the coach have been made). 7th/8th Grade Volleyball & 7th/8th Grade Soccer: Each player should plan on attending all 3 days of try-outs. Missing try-outs will greatly impact the chances of making the squad.
