Fall Registration & Practice Schedule (As of May 20th) Dear 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Athletes & Parents, If you are interested in playing a fall sport at Washington Middle School, you will need to have the following: 1. A physical examination (a physical is good for 395 days) 2. A completed parent permission form online (computers will be available at registration) 3. $40.00 non-refundable user fee. 4. No student will be allowed to practice without a physical, a completed online registration form, and the $40.00 user fee. Forms and fees should be turned in at the following times in the Gymnasium.

FINAL REGISTRATION DATE IS tentatively Friday, August 18 (unless arrangements with the coach have been made). 7th/8th Grade Volleyball & 7th/8th Grade Soccer: Each player should plan on attending all 3 days of try-outs. Missing try-outs will greatly impact the chances of making the squad.
