Fall Registration & Practice Schedule (Updated July 15) Dear 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Athletes & Parents, If you are interested in playing a fall sport at Washington Middle School, you will need to have the following: 1. A physical examination (a physical is good for 395 days) 2. A completed parent permission form online (computers will be available at registration) 3. $40.00 non-refundable user fee. 4. Football - Cross Country - 6th Grade Volleyball: If you fail to register on August 8th, please bring your physical and fee to the next available practice. You must register online. FINAL REGISTRATION DATE IS tentatively Friday, August 19 (unless arrangements with the coach have been made). 7th/8th Grade Volleyball & 7th/8th Grade Soccer: Each player should plan on attending all 3 days of try-outs. Missing try-outs will greatly impact the chances of making the squad.
