WCSC Reschedule Procedures and Rain-Out Reschedules
WCSC Reschedule Procedures and Rain-Out Reschedules The rescheduling of games affects many people and takes time. If you have a valid need to request a reschedule, please follow this procedure to have your request considered. Not all requests can or will be approved. • Notify: [email protected] and [email protected] • If you need to reschedule a game for reasons other than rain-out, notification must be to us no less than 10 days before the originally scheduled game date. Only 1 reschedule special request per team will be considered. To request a reschedule: (procedure is the same for rain-outs) • You need to call the other coach and determine 3 alternative nights to play. • You and the other coach need to agree to a date 10 days in advance of the originally scheduled time and have alternative dates suggested.
After gathering ALL the required details: • You are required to email Marcie Rosenston at [email protected] with your request for consideration and include the following: • Both coaches’ names and team info …. Example: girls wings or boys passers • Date, time and field # of original game • Reason for the request for game change • Preferred make-up date, followed by 2 alternative dates • Your email address, this is how you will receive your reply Once you have gotten the email confirming the reschedule: • You need to contact the opposing coach to let him/her know all of the details concerning the reschedule. Please get a confirmation from the opposing coach. Date Time Field
FYI: If you are the visiting coach -- bug the heck out of the home coach until it gets rescheduled. If they are having problems getting fields - Marcie be able to secure a field at Hopewell - they would need to bring their own referees or pay ours the WCSC rate. As a reminder, not all requests can be approved.
