Scheduling/Rescheduling Games Mid-April you will be invited to participate in an online presentation training via MYSA.
Once you have completed this session you will receive your spring season game dates via MYSA -MYSA allows roughly 2 weeks to coordinate any necessary reschedules with opposing teams
The team manager of the home field is responsible for coordinating game rescheduling
Once the MYSA rescheduling (2 weeks) period has ended the only game reschedules allowed will be due to inclement weather - typically when cancelled by the city

EWSC Future Stars Tournament Basket Raffle- May 12-14 Baskets donated by EWSC Teams $10 donation per family per team Parent Volunteer to create basket (Doesn’t fulfill the 4 hour volunteer requirement) Basket Themes due by March 17 Participating teams entered in Pizza Party Drawing (3 winners-$30 Gift Card to Little Caesars) Basket Drop off April 3-4 from 5-9 pm Multiple teams can partner to create basket
