Year In Review In 2015, RunJumpThrow saw tremendous growth and traction throughout the country. The program gained much attention throughout the physical education community nationally and internationally. The first international RJT Experience was held in Narita, Japan while more than 250,000 students were introduced to the RJT curriculum. Representatives of RunJumpThrow were invited to the White House to attend a meeting with the First Lady, Michelle Obama, to discuss furthering programs that encouraging a healthy lifestyle among youth. National organizations that serve millions of youth have adopted the RJT curriculum as their own and jointly promote the lessons and activities within the program.

USATF Future Stars Meets Future Stars Meets is a mid level competitive option for youth. Meet organizers were eligible to receive funding for their event. 17 Designated Future Stars Elite Meets throughout the country hosted by community leaders, police department and former Hershey Track and Field organizers. 2,888 youth participated in Future Stars Meets in 2015.

35 single-day RJT events held as part of Future Stars Meets 3 kids received an all expense paid trip to the 2015 USATF Hershey Youth Outdoor Championships in Lisle, IL.

RJT in the Media As a means to further promote the RunJumpThrow curriculum, a number of tools have been utilized to secure media. Local RJT events, RJT Experiences, new partners, athlete endorsements are all avenues that allowed for media success in 2015. In Summary: Total Media Placements: 108 Number of Media Outlets: 75 Traditional Media Outlets: 9 Digital Media Outlets: 58 Television Outlets: 5 Radio Outlets: 3 Total Ad Value: $2,719,660.05

2016 Planning Continuing the momentum from 2015 and maximizing on the inherent attention an Olympic year brings, there are a number of unique/key targets for RJT in 2016: • Continued RJT Event Organizer support • Unique RunJumpThrow Experiences • 40% increase in students participating in RJT • 50% increase in national partners of RunJumpThrow • 60% increase in number of individuals downloading RunJumpThrow curriculum • Continued participation of USATF stakeholders (elite athletes, coaches, alumni)
