FINISHED QUILT SIZE 76" x 88" Finished Block Size 12" x 12" Measurements include ¼" seam allowance. Sew with right sides together unless otherwise stated.

Blue Quotes Cut 24 squares 3½" x 3½".

Pink Quotes Cut 12 squares 3½" x 3½". Blue Meadow, Pink Meadow Cut 2 squares 4" x 4" from each print.

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS 1 Anne of Green Gables Fat Quarter Bundle (FQ-5860-27) 1¾ yards (1.65 m) cream floral (C5860 Cream) 3¼ yards (3 m) cream quotes (C5864 Cream) 5/8 yard (60 cm) green ticking (C5868 Green) Binding ¾ yard (70 cm)

Green Weave Cut 12 squares 3½" x 3½". Cream Floral Cut 8 strips 6½" x WOF for Border 2. Cream Quotes Cut 3 strips 4" x WOF. Cut the strips into 30 squares 4" x 4". Cut 10 strips 3½" x WOF. Cut the strips into 60 rectangles 3½" x 6½". Cut 5 strips 12½" x WOF. Cut the strips into 15 squares 12½" x 12½".

CUTTING REQUIREMENTS Please read instructions first before cutting. Seam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Fat Quarter Bundle Blue Main, Cream Main, Green Main Cut 5 squares 6½" x 6½" from each print.

Green Ticking Cut 7 strips 2½" x WOF for Border 1.

Blue Floral, Blue Bouquet, Green Bouquet, Green Blossom Cut 2 squares 4" x 4" and 12 squares 3½" x 3½" from each print.

QUILT ASSEMBLY Refer to the Quilt Center Diagram for piece placement as each block is different.

Green Floral, Pink Silhouette Cut 20 squares 3½" x 3½".

Star Block These instructions are to make one block. Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner on the wrong side of 2 cream quotes 4" squares. With right sides together, place a cream quotes 4" square on top of an assorted print 4" square. Sew ¼" on each side of the line. Cut on the line to make 2 Half Square Triangles. Press. Repeat to make 4 Half Square Triangles. Square up the Half Square Triangles to 3½".

Pink Bouquet, Blue Weave Cut 2 squares 4" x 4" and 4 squares 3½" x 3½". Blue Blossom Cut 4 squares 4" x 4" and 12 squares 3½" x 3½". Blue Silhouette Cut 2 squares 4" x 4" and 8 squares 3½" x 3½".

A QUILT FOR ANNE Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner on the wrong side of 2 assorted print 3½" squares. Place an assorted print 3½" square on top of a cream quotes 3½" x 6½" rectangle and sew on the line. Leave a ¼" seam allowance and trim excess. Press. Repeat on the other side. This will make 1 Flying Geese Unit. Repeat to make 4 Flying Geese Units. Snowball Block Flying Geese Unit

Quilt Center Assembly Refer to the Quilt Center Diagram for Star Block and Snowball Block placement. Lay out the blocks in 6 rows of 5 blocks. Sew the rows together to complete the center of the quilt.

Sew a Flying Geese Unit to the left and right side of a main print 6½" square to create Unit A.

Borders Seam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Sew border strips together end to end if necessary to get the length needed. Sew side borders first.

Unit A Sew Half Square Triangle to each side of the remaining 2 Flying Geese Units to create Unit B. Repeat to make 2 Unit Bs.

Border 1 Side borders should be 72½". Top and bottom borders should be 64½".

Unit B

Border 2 Side borders should be 76½". Top and bottom borders should be 76½".

Sew a Unit B to the top and bottom of Unit A to create the Star Block. Repeat to make 15 Star Blocks.

Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back. Bind with your favorite Penny Rose fabric from the Anne of Green Gables Collection. Have fun with your colors and enjoy the journey of making your quilt. Star Block Snowball Block These instructions are to make 1 block. Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner on the wrong side of 4 assorted print 3½" squares. Place an assorted print 3½" square on a corner of a cream quotes 12½" x 12½" square and sew on the line.
