AGENDA CALUMET PUBLIC SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT I076 CANADIAN COUNTY, OKLAHOMA As required by section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statues, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District I076, Canadian County, Oklahoma, will hold a regular board meeting on September 11, 2017 @ 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Center, Room #130 Calumet Public School, Main and Freehome, Calumet, Oklahoma. Note: During any scheduled open meeting, the Calumet School Board may discuss, make motions, vote to approve or disapprove, vote to table, adopt, reject, reaffirm, rescind, or take no action on any agenda item and vote to convene into Executive Session when appropriate. 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Consent Agenda: All of the following items which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at the Board Meeting will be approved by one vote unless a Board Member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and the approval of the following items: A. Approval-Disapproval of September 11, 2017 Board Agenda B. Approval-Disapproval of August 14, 2017 Regular Board Meeting Minutes C. Approval-Disapproval of the August 17, 2017 Special Board Meeting Minutes. D. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017-18 General Fund Encumbrances: 129-169, 70088-70089 General Fund Warrants: 234-254 E. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017-18 Child Nutrition Fund Encumbrances: 15-16 Child Nutrition Fund Warrants: 10-19 F. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017 August Treasurer’s Financial Report G. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017 August Student Activity Fund Financial Report 4. Public participation on items appearing on the Board Agenda. There will be a two-minute time limit for each participant. 5. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017-18 Basic Legal Services Program Agreement between the Center for Education Law and Calumet Public School. 6. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017-18 Calumet Education Association Contract. 7. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017-18 work permits. 8. Approval-Disapproval of the Estimate of Needs. 9. Approval-Disapproval to purchase a new suburban.

10. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017-18 Annual Statement of New Open Transfers. 11. Approval-Disapproval of the sealed bid from Hiland Dairy. 12. Approval-Disapproval to adjunct Cary Myers in 7th grade Social Studies. 13. Approval-Disapproval of the Contract Addendum for Arren Muskett. 14. Approval-Disapproval of the Contract Addendum for Laura Sessions. 15. Report of Officers: Superintendent: A. Discuss Region 10 Meeting B. Discuss Accreditation Status 16. New Business: Consideration of any new business of an emergency nature, which had not been contemplated at the time of the agenda preparation and cannot be delayed until the next regular meeting of the Calumet School Board of Education. 17. Adjournment.
