Calumet Public School Board of Education Independent School District 09-I076 Canadian County, Oklahoma Special Board Meeting January 8, 2018 Agenda As required by Section 311, Title 25 of The Oklahoma Statues, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District 09-I076, Canadian County, Oklahoma, will hold a Special Board Meeting on January 8, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Center Room #130, Calumet Public School Elementary Building, Main and Freehome, Calumet, Oklahoma. Note: During any scheduled open meeting, the Calumet School Board may discuss, make motions, vote to approve or disapprove, vote to table, adopt, reject, reaffirm, rescind, or take no action on any agenda item and vote to convene into Executive Session when appropriate.
1. Call meeting to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Consent Agenda: All of the following items which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at the Board Meeting will be approved by one vote unless a Board Member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and the approval of the following items: A. Approval-Disapproval of the January 8, 2018 Board Agenda. B. Approval-Disapproval of the December 7, 2017 Special Board Minutes. C. Approval-Disapproval of the December 11, 2017 Regular Board Minutes. D. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017-18 General Fund Encumbrances: 267-278, 70153, 70154 General Fund Warrants: 864-872 E. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017-18 Child Nutrition Fund Warrants: 81-86 F. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017 December Treasurer’s Financial Report. G. Approval-Disapproval of the 2017 December Student Activity Fund Financial Report. 4. Public participation on items appearing on the Board Agenda. There will be a twominute time limit for each participant. 5. Discuss attending the OSSBA Region 10 meeting February 27, 2018 at Redlands Community College 5:30-8:30. 6. Approval-Disapproval for Nick Beshears and Jaci Bear to do on the job training sixth and seventh hours.
7. Discuss possible summer projects. 8. Discuss NSBA Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas April 7-9, 2018. 9. Adjournment.
