March 28, 2011 Minutes Opening Ceremonies—Meeting was called to order by Brother Sanford at 7:00. Recruitment—Brother Stillman  Pig is being slaughtered tomorrow and will be picked up on Friday. The hog will be put on between 1-2 Finance—Brother Holdvogt  Budget  Bills Due: New guys’ bills due April 1st and current members are due April 6th Membership Education—Brother Sleik  Educational Trip Update: Iowa State will be getting back to us about dates  Officer Reviews: Due before next Monday  Diversity Credit due the week before finals Operations—Brother Kann  Missed Crews were read off  Fire Inspection: Has not happened yet  Pink Rose All House: Due Wed by 7:00pm, they will be graded by Elliott and Keith Gunderson; if they get below an A they need to be redone by Thursday at 7 Commissary—Brother Lippert  Pink Rose Crew: Sign up if you can help Planning—Brother Moder  Clothes: Order forms will be out this week Alumni Relations—Brother Monson  Directory Update  Committee: Adam will be in contact with you  Passed out Becoming an Alumnus of AGR sheets to graduating seniors Scholarship—Brother Keck  Study Files/ Committee Meeting: Wed at 7  Scholar of the Week: Brother Govin  Grade Sheets: Please hand them in  Steak and Beans: Wed from 5:00-8:00
