Board Minute Approval August Board Meeting minutes approved New Business Age Division Results Next year at registration start we need to target a number of players 5U – 27 players. Open until opening day 6UB – 7 teams 6UG – 6 teams 7UB – 14 teams 8UB – 11 teams (8x7, 3x6) 8UG – 14 teams 10UB – 16 teams of 9 each 10UG – 10 teams 12UB – 9 teams 12UG – 6 teams 14UB – 3x15 14UG – 4x12/13 16UB – one massive (20 player) team Total of 941 players. Schedules by divisions Still in development Opening day schedule Arrive at 7AM for setup People begin arriving at 8AM Parade begins at 9AM Mayor and Fire Department to attend City Council invited Photo day Forms available of September 9th Trial photo day schedule on the 9th Board photos to be scheduled Referee photos at 8AM and end of day Yearbook Considering digital yearbook.

Referee training update – Giuliano 43 people attended August 26th training (38 new, 5 refreshers) Referee trainings scheduled for: Thu Sept 14 – 5:30-9:30PM Wed Sept 20 – 5:30-9:30PM all confirmed at Belmont Sports Complex Team coaches to complete online roster with referee candidates Open positions ● Second webmaster ● Equipment (Jerry Lee potentially) Anh Truong to contact Jerry. ● Winter Select
