AYSO Region 350 Minutes Emergency 206 Meeting 9am, July 1, 2017 Pima County Community College
1. Attendees: Ed Smith, Adam Wishneis, Melissa Rocha, Matt Manis, Michael Gilmore, Dawn Gilmore, Dan Pape, Belen Garcia, Bryan Garcia, Aleph Smith, Tanisha Kendrick, Wayne Wilson 2. Meeting was called to order at 9:00 am. 3. Region 206 Management a. Region 350 proposes to assume management of Region 206 for the upcoming MY2017. We propose to bring on all current Region 206 and potential board members on to the Region 350 board to coordinate region 206 activities. We propose to maintain the two regions finances separate until a permanent decision is made. b. The motion was made by Michael Gilmore and seconded by Matt Manis. The motion carried. Attendees voting yes: a. Ed Smith, RC b. Tanisha Kendrick, Asst Coach Admin c. Matt Manis, Coach Admin d. Michael Gilmore, Ref Admin e. Dan Pape, Asst Ref Admin f. Wayne Wilson, CVPA g. The current Board Positions for Region 206 will be the following: a. Regional Commissioner: Ed Smith b. Coach Administrator: Matt Manis c. Asst Coach Administrator: Tanisha Kendrick d. Referee Administrator: Michael Gilmore e. Assist Referee Administrator: Dan Pape f. Assist Referee Administrator: Adam Wishneis g. Treasurer: Bryan Garcia h. Asst Treasurer: Dawn Gilmore i. Asst Treasurer: Crystal Adams j. Area Commissioner: Melissa Rocha d. Website management a. Melissa Rocha contact Blue Sombrero to get Ed Smith or Michael Gilmore to be Admin of the Region 206 website.
