Preparation 1. Combine Marinade in pot. Stir-cook and bring to a boil. After cool, add cod and marinate for about 10 mins.

2. Preheat oven to 250°C. Drain cod and bake for 7-8 mins.

3. Heat up olive oil. Stir-fry green and white asparagus, honey pea and baby carrots. Season with sea salt. Remove and arrange on plate.

4. Arrange baked cod on plate. Drizzle with Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce and serve.
