Barbie Doll Roses Cake Decoration
Barbie™ Doll Roses To build the Barbie™ Doll Roses Signature Cake you will need: • 2 - 8" Round Cake Layers* • 1 - 7" Round Cake Layers • 1 - 6" Round Cake Layers • 1 - Quarter Sheet or 10" Round cake board or drum * Your cake may need an additional layer depending on the thickness of the cake.

Using tip #103, pipe light Princess Pink #11808 roses at base and rosebuds up side of cake as shown.

Using tip #103, pipe Princess Pink #11808 roses and rosebuds as shown.

Using tip #4, pipe Princess Pink #11808 swirls around bottom of dress and roses.

Using tip #32, pipe light Princess Pink #11808 shell border on bottom.
Use two 8" round cake layers, one 7" and one 6" to build skirt. Place icing between each layer.
Trim cake so layers are tapered and form a bell shaped bottom. Cut out center portion of cake to hold tube.
Insert DecoSet® doll into tube and place in cake. Using tip #790, pipe Princess Pink #11808 dress. Pipe Barbie’s dress from bottom to top in an upward motion. Smooth using a plastic strip.

Using tip #103, pipe alternating light Princess Pink #11808 and Princess Pink #11808 rosebuds around base of cake as shown.

Using tip #4, pipe Violet #9510 flower centers.

Using tip #352, pipe Neon Green #9640 leaves. Place DecoSet® ring as shown. Pipe inscription upon customer’s request. Place warning sticker on outside of cake box.
