Bearing can be reused and (should/will) be thoroughly cleaned, coated with anti-corrosive material, and protected during storage prior to re-installation on journal bearing seat, per SKF. Bearing Nomenclature:

Comments: Recommend reuse of this bearing with fully cleaning it, rotating the outer ring raceway current load zone to a fresh area, and reinstalling it to run another campaign. Note the roll shop should consult with the end user for proper load zone orientation prior to remounting. Lastly the bearing/housing cleanliness during roll overhauling, lube practices, and housing sealing design should all be reviewed.
