Business Advisory Group 1. Additions to Agenda a. Special Education – Ruthie Anaya 2. LCFF / LCAP Trainings for CBO’s – Adrian Barron a. Flyer from Jeanette has not been received b. Adrian wants to do a short training with the CBO’s to give them the guidelines c. January and March training d. Questions can be asked of BCOE at any time e. Adrian will send out Jeanette’s flyer 3. Shady Creek Stipends – Connie Cavanaugh a. Connie received information via e-mail from the CBO’s 4. First Interim Evaluation Criteria – Adrian Barron a. Reviewed with CBO’s (see handout) 5. Capital Appreciation Bonds – Adrian Barron a. Reviewed with CBO’s (see handout) 6. Escape Transition – Development and Implementation of SACS full string accounting – Andrew James a. Andrew sees a need for a basic training for staff as we move to Escape; discussion followed b. Ruthie and Andrew will put something together 7. Escape Implementation Timeline – Lisa Anderson a. Discussed January 2018 vs. July 2018 timeline/go-live date b. January BAG will include discussion of cost to be borne by participants 8. Special Education – Ruthie Anaya a. Discussed Special Day Class classrooms and enrollment
