Timing of Public Hearing Notices – Adrian Barron a. In the newspaper, 10 calendar days before public hearing; no more than 45 days before. st b. In the future, BCOE pays for 1 time and only 1 day publishing. c. If changes, Auditors may make it a finding if less than 10 days.
