Dear Parents/Carers, As we are now approaching the date of our class trip to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at Nottingham Theatre Royal we would just like to confirm a few of the details. The date of the trip is Thursday 19th May and the show will begin at 2.30pm. For this reason we will depart school just after lunchtime. As we are leaving after lunchtime there will be no change to the lunch time routine. We will not return until approximately 6.15pm. If your child is being collected they will need to be collected from the main entrance on our return. Please complete the slip below to confirm how your child will be going home on this evening. Due to the time we are expecting to arrive back at school it would be recommended if you could provide your child with a small snack, e.g. packet of sweets/popcorn and a drink to have during the interval. No spending money is required on this trip.
