• In 2014 the area of thinnings and regeneration fellings was 672.492 hectares, 3.0% of the forest area. • During 2001–2014 the annual area of thinnings and regeneration fellings was 604.600 ha in average. • The total commercial felling of pulpwood amounted to 24.1 million m³ and of logs 31.9 million m³ in 2014.
