Darrin Breeden updated that board on the status of the new field house plans. Possibility that project could start in spring.



Darrin Breeden updated the board on date for the EMFC directors meeting. It is to be held on 3/7/15 @ 9:30 AM in Sevierville. Conference make up and scheduling will be handled at that meeting.



EMFC profit sharing check was $370.00 for 2014. Check has been received & deposited.



Financial statement was presented to and approved by the board by Melinda Breeden.

Pee Wee Head Coach Jason Kelly requested that the board approve the following assistant coach for his staff pending certification & background check: James Clevenger Seconded by Chris Perry Motion approved by majority vote.



Super Grasscutter Head Coach Kevin Potts requested that the board approve the following assistant coaches for his staff pending certification & background checks: Shajai Jackson Larry Churchwell Korey Kibodeaux Missy Wilkerson Noah Carter Michael Stanley Seconded by Darrin Breeden Motion approved by majority vote.
