Darrin Breeden made motion that only Head Coaches be prohibited from holding Director positions. This will be changed in the by-laws. Motion Seconded by Kristi Whillock. Motion confirmed by majority vote.
Kristi Whillock made motion to donate $250.00 to the Jefferson County Rescue Squad. Motion Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion confirmed by majority vote.
Darrin Breeden made motion that the following board members are to be removed from the First Peoples Bank account for Dandridge Youth Football: Kristi Whillock & Lea Foster. Darrin Breeden to remain with Melinda Breeden & Laura Haston to be added. Motion Seconded by Kristi Whillock. Motion confirmed by majority vote.

Darrin Breeden made motion to advertise for open Coaching & Director positions in Standard Banner over next 3 weeks, and deadline for receipt of resumes to be 2/6/13. Motion Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion confirmed by majority vote.
Darrin Breeden made motion to renew our website upgrade at a cost of $99.95. Motion Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion confirmed by majority vote.
Darrin Breeden made motion to pay $9,000.00 toward our concrete note principal balance of $14,252.00. Motion Seconded by Laura Haston. Motion confirmed by majority vote.

Darrin Breeden made motion to increase our sign-up fee to $75.00 from $65.00. Motion Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion confirmed by majority vote.
Darrin Breeden made motion to institute an additional $25.00 fee for parents who prefer to not help during the season. Parents wishing to avoid this fee could simply commit to shifts in the concession stand, gate, field maintenance or similar activity. This fee is to be paid at sign-up. Motion Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion confirmed by majority vote.

Discussion on how to handle parents that have not yet turned in equipment, agreed to make one more call to them before we turn over to attorney.
Discussion on using Field of Dreams Activity Center for sign-ups if possible, as well as possibly doing one sign-up at Maury during DBA games.
Discussion on doing equipment and cheer fittings at sign-ups.
Discussion on how to go full pads for Spring Practice.
Discussion on erecting a permanent sign showing past Super Bowl Champions, as well as a way to display our trophies.
