EPYSA Grant – approved – check for $500
Standing Rule Changes – Motion made to add skill assessment coordinator to D4 & D11. Will be conducted by email vote with coaches council included in the vote.
Tournament Director's Report
Budget & Added age groups - U15, U16
Sites - No Stoney Ridge Park this year, Hidden Creek – no fields 1 & 2, Friendship & Winding Hill may possibly be used this year. Other possibilities are behind learning center & York FC sites
T-Shirt Colors – long-sleeve purple and tye-dyed
Website – Blue Sombrero *online registration discussed for possible future use within DASC.; credit card service; players to register must log-in so all info would be there (email, address, etc), can make forms to be however you want; mass emails, add individual team pages; (could make volunteer mandatory); etc
April Meeting – Mike F. will be out of town. Will send info to Stewart to present.

Fields
Conditions at Chestnut (clumps) & Ponderosa & Franklin– overuse, not rested, request rolling, rotate fields at Franklin for games, Rest Upper Franklin in the fall?
Possible to shift goal back on Hurricane?
Port-a-Jons for Logan at Hurricane and upper Franklin will be placed within a week. They will be the larger handicapped models. Tiger has provided a better price then Associated Products.
Possible new fields for practice – church at Clear Spring Rd – use of small practice field, maintenance is only “fee” for us - baseball behind Carroll Township Building – West Shore E Free has declined our request for use for the time being.
Registrar's Report
Spring Registration Updates Spring – down approx. 2 teams. U15 boys (which we normally don’t have anyway) & U12 boys. Full roster of 18 (combined Samba & Canons - plus took U13 players) Had to turn away total of 5 boys (all registered late, except U15) 119 Boys playing 2 or 3 girls turned away because teams were full – all registered late Fall Registration Updates Register online, Coaches collect, + 6 different drop off times, deadline April 9 School flyers, sign at square, ad in Banner Assessments, May 5th

Patrick Wolfkill to coach U-10 Dynamo (boys), coached at Camp Hill, announces Messiah games Unanimous Vote “Yay”
U8 Coordinator
Spring/Player Team Counts – total of 105 U6 – 47 players, 6 players per team U8 girls – 34, hope to get 40 U8 boys – 24 players (54 in fall), 6 per team (5 + keeper) Last year 12 games & 6 practices; Change to 3 practices, then 2 games, then alternate games and practices, finish season with 2 games U8 Nets are torn – replacements are at lower Franklin shed. Sandbags are in upper Franklin shed. Pride FC – 1 new player who did not assess wanted to play with friends from St. Joe's & had moved to 11 v 11, played D1/Premier in New Hampshire.
Training Coordinator
Assessments and discussion on U13/U14 age groups – need formal process and date (May 5)
UK goalkeeper training (in addition to normal sanctioned paid training) 16 sessions = $1600 18 teams, 4 sessions each (1 ½ hour session) – contact coaches, check schedule “yay” for spring keeper training
Summer training events not affiliated with DASC (Messiah, Northern, UK & FC Sarum – new)
originally by Shelby Rackley (SU keeper), asked Jessie Griggs for help in set-up FC Sarum said would like to run the camp, some concern; change has not been voted on. Motion made and seconded to NOT have the camp. Motion passed. Public Relations
