2012-13 Dahlonega Gymnastics Competition Schedule *Please note that meets are subject to change. The first half of meet fees must be paid by November 1, 2012. The remaining balance is due by January 10, 2013. In order to attend meets your meets fees and tuition must be in good standing. Meet fees will not be refunded or pro-rated. Rec Team: Down Payment $45 due October 1, Balance $45 due January 15 Xcel and Boys: Down Payment $250 due October 1, Balance $250 due January 15 **These are additional meet expenses that are not required…. Xcel Regionals: A large meet involving all 8 states in our Southeast Region. The top 8 girls in each level (Bronze, Silver, ect…) will be selected for the All-Star team. The entry fee is approximately $100.00. Flip Fest Camp: June 23-28, 2013 Cost is approximately $725. If you wish to save for this you should plan to set aside $75 per month beginning in August. Campers must be age 7 or older. For more info visit FlipFest.com Shannon Hageli will be attending camp this week. Smokey Mtn Vacation Classic: Travel meet for Xcel and Men’s team. The meet will be February 22-24. The meet will be on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Plan to make this a long weekend for your family. Keep in mind that you will likely have to miss school and work on Friday. The location is in Sevierville, TN at the Wilderness Lodge. The cost is $125 for this meet. Please also be aware that you will need to consider fuel, hotel, meals and admission into your budget.
