Rhubarb and orange peel, roasted red bell pepper, sun dried tomato, sour cherry and cranberry. Mint chocolate notes, portabella mushrooms, black tea and tobacco leaf. Medium bodied with moderate acidity, cocoa powder, tea, bright cranberry and raspberry. Would be an awesome complement to a green bean and onion casserole or pasta with a vodka tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes. Great also with unagi sashimi and a variety of sushi.
