Jesse Schuster is an honest and
Connor Carrington is a seventh
hardworking student. Jesse always lets me know if he is not understanding something in class and is never afraid to ask for help. I can always count on Jesse to give me an honest response when I ask if my explanations in class were clear. It is a true privilege to have Jesse in class!

In particular, Connor always approaches me when he is struggling with a new concept, he tells me with great honesty how well he comprehends certain problems, and he helps me find new ways to explain problems. Connor's honesty (and effort) help me be a better teacher as it helps me understand his learning process, which leads to helping the entire class. Honesty does apply to learning!
Thomas Shelton and Bob Kellum were both nominated for being such honest and caring gentlemen. They were so kind to a student when they were on their field trip to the Taft Theatre. The student has been experiencing extreme dizziness. They wanted to walk with him because he was unstable on his feet. Thanks for being awesome Bob and Thomas.
Mariah McElroy is someone who can always be counted on to tell the truth, be honest, and do what is right, no matter how hard that may be at times. It is well known among her peers and teachers that she is someone who can always be trusted. Honesty is only one of her many great qualities, that make her an amazing friend and student.
Joshua Galley Joshua Galley was nominated for exhibiting honesty. Joshua is honest with himself, his peers and his teachers. He is an excellent role model for his peers and a pleasure to have in class.
Harley Croswait I have never met a person more honest than Harley Crosswait. He may tell you something that you don't want to hear but it is the truth. He has definitely improved his behavior in my classroom and modeled that he can employ other positive traits.
Karrington Ecker was nominated by her advisory group for honesty. According to her peers, she has always been a true person not only to her friends, but to herself as well. She never compromises who she is for any reason. Her friends appreciate that she is always honest with them in tough situations, even if it is not always what they want to hear.
