Letter from the President Happy March to all. Our March meeting on the 16th has a great title, “Is Your Neck a Wreck?” It is presented by Karen Burke from Kare Products. It is at the Westminster Recreation Center at 104th and Sheridan. Don’t forget to RSVP so we can get an accurate count for lunch. The conference planning is really coming along. We have made some changes in the conference agenda for this year. I think they are all very positive and will keep our group very engaged throughout the whole conference. Of course, Brennan will take those sponsorships any time!! Just give him a call. Check out the website and the newsletter for the sessions we have added for much of the rest of the year. All good topics. Hopefully you all agree. Conference registration will be coming online probably by the end of the month. I will keep everyone posted about that. We also want to invite any government member who would like to help with the conference to attend the conference committee meeting right after our regular meeting. Any ideas are welcome. I also would love to have your ideas for meeting topics, good sessions you have seen, good speakers or just burning ideas to make our future meetings valuable and helpful. I was asked this morning by a trainer with one of our member brokers, what departments or areas would you say is your biggest challenge? I thought that was a really good question and it made me think for a while. Are we really addressing the biggest challenges and if not why? It is very easy to get in the training rut and very hard to get out or the box sometimes. I would love to know about any training or solutions that you might have for some of our challenge areas, (I know we all have the same ones!!). Also don’t forget to contact our education committee, Doug Clark and Steve Bedard on any good topics that we need to look at. Remember to renew your membership for 2017 if you have not already done so. Have a great and safe March. Kathy Kvasnicka, Your 2017 President
