Roberts has quite the real estate portfolio. Just a couple of months ago, she listed her 3,792square-foot Hawaii estate for the bargain price of $30 million, the Pacific Business News reported. Located on Hanalei Bay, that 2-acre property on Kauai’s North Shore has seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms. But don’t cry for her; she’s owned multiple Hawaiian properties, as well as another New York pad in the hip Gramercy Park neighborhood. Word is, the Pretty Woman spends the majority of
her time in a Malibu, CA, mansion with her husband, Danny Moder, and their three children, which sounds like the perfect Hollywood ending to us. Roberts originally bought the West Village home in 2010 for $3.895 million.
