Affinity Reschedule in Open Period
These how-to documents are intended to be a basic step-by-step description of how to do basic tasks in Affinity.
Affinity Training Materials for MYSA How-To: Affinity Reschedule in Open Period
1. Log into Affinity a. Click on Teams in the yellow circle…and then on ‘Tournament & Schedule Apps’ Info in the green circle
b. Click on ‘Schedules/Game Scoring’
c. Find the game you want to reschedule for and click ‘Reschedule’
d. Enter the reschedule specifics including: i. Date ii. Time iii. Venue iv. Filed Number v. Reason for reschedule
e. Click ‘Send Request’ f. The request will be sent to the visiting team (during open rescheduling period) for approval g. Next the visiting team will need to do the following steps: i. Log into Affinity ii. Click on Tournanemt and Schedule App tab iii. Aaa
iv. Find the match with the scheduling request…look for the button that says ‘View Rescheduling History’ and click it
v. Click ‘Accept Request’ to complete the process…note that you could also send an alternate or cannot reschedule (this is a decline). Due to the bigger process this should NEVER happen
